Tim Dennis

Mr. Dennis serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is also the Founder and President of Mid-Atlantic Tower Management, Inc., and has over 22 years of extensive industry experience in a variety of leadership and managerial roles. Mr. Dennis' background includes critical leadership roles with:

• Motorola Communications & Electronics
• Motorola’s General Systems Group
• American Business Communications (Founder)
• FedSMR
• Skyline Communications, Inc
• Mid-Atlantic Tower Management

Mr. Dennis also co-founded Chesapeake Comcell, which owned two rural cellular licenses in Kansas and Colorado. He also spearheaded the sale of these licenses to Rural Cellular Corporation and Western Wireless.

Van Thompson

Mr. Thompson serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He has over twenty years experience in the telecommunications site industry and has been directly involved in and has managed teams that have developed over nine hundred wireless communication sites. Mr. Thompson had spent the majority of his career with B&E Associations, one of the leading cellular infrastructure companies of its time, highlights include:

• Site Acquisition Specialist for B&E in the Southeast
• Establishing B&E’s Chicago market building twenty 400-foot towers
• Developing over 700 sites in Washington-Baltimore market that is the backbone of what is now AT&T’s network
• Area General Manager and had profit and loss responsibility for 1,150 towers as well as all site development

Mark Faris

Mr. Faris is a veteran of the telecommunications industry who has worked for both large corporate entities and small entrepreneurial ventures over a thirty-year period. He has significant experience in the land based Telecom, wireless Telecom, Internet Services, Cable and Satellite sectors. Mr. Faris’ career experience includes:

• 24 years with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (now SBC Corporation) in a wide variety of assignments in land based, and wireless portfolio companies, including time as Vice President-Engineering/Operations Washington/Baltimore CellularOne, which is now known as AT&T Mobility
• President and Chief Operating Officer of BlueStar Communications
• Chief Operating Officer for Gemini Networks
• Senior Vice President – Engineering/Operations for XO Communications
• Chief Operating Officer for Mobile Satellite Ventures
